How reliable is Yahoo Answers dog section?
Say your at a dog shows, pet store, where ever and your discussing dogs with others and asking what forums, websites etc they use for info on dogs and you happen to mention Yahoo Answers Dog Section. How do you think people would react? Would they find you more reliable for information? Would they believe that information to be accurate?
I happened to mention this yesterday to my friend (very knowledgeable about dogs) and she just kind looked at me, puzzled like you turn to yahoo for information on dogs and actually believe them?
so i’m just wondering have you ever mentioned this to anyone? what was their reaction? and do you consider the answers here as reliable?
I never mention it. I mention some of the things I read on here, but I never ever say where I read it.
How reliable is the section? It depends on who you listen to. If someone said they got all their dog info from this site, I’d be hesitant because you never know if they are listening to “Show breeders sell sick pups” or “JenVT” (good).
